One Year Anniversary of Susan LoPresti Wellness Mind Body Soul Podcast
Guys, I really cannot believe it, but one year ago today I published my first podcast episode and I won't even go back to listen to it because I will probably cringe.
I had no idea what I was doing, editing was a foreign language to me, and I was completely lost. I will cut myself some slack because at the time I started this Podcast I was 62 years old! I don't know much about technology, but I am quickly learning.
I taught myself this program that helps me to edit my podcast and have professional quality, as I pat myself on the back. I am proud of my accomplishments. I wasn't really sure where this podcast was going to take me, but what I wanted most was for midlife women to listen to my episodes and start to realize they are not alone in their symptoms, both physical and emotional, and there is plenty of help available that is safe and natural in order to heal.
Our bodies can heal themselves in so many cases, and especially if we give our bodies a half of a chance to do so by paying attention to the foods we are eating, the water we are drinking, the people we are hanging around with, our passion for life, and so much more.
That's the reason for my podcast, I want everyone to know that there is help and when we are proactive in how we treat our bodies for better health, the results will come. It's more than just the food on your plate if that's what you are thinking.
I want people to know that. I want to get my message out there, and I figured that a podcast is a way to do that where the listener does not have to pay anything to listen, and with a podcast I am throwing out a very wide net to gather as many listeners who need to hear my message as possible.
And of course ultimately I would love to have some of my listeners take advantage of my health coaching programs that I am currently running.
I want to thank each and everyone of you who have listened to my Podcast, and if you told others about it, thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
Midlife has been the best years of my life so far, the only other best time of my life was when I was a kid in the Summer time in Long Island, but as for my adult life, yes midlife has been it. And if its going to be the best part of your life too
, don't you want to be healthy enough to enjoy it?
That's what I am all about. Let's get proactive. We intuitively know what our bodies need, we just need to be reminded of that. We also need support and guidance especially getting started and sticking with a new health regime.
So many people start and fail. Why did they fail? They failed because they didn't have support and accountability. I hope my podcast gets you thinking about ways that you can improve your health.
