How Does Losing a Few Pounds and Gaining More Energy Sound?

I have 2 Programs starting April 1st.
The first one is a 4-week program. This program is for a woman who is looking to improve her health, and lose a few pounds and gain more energy as an example. The person for this program is looking for a jump start and some simple tools that once established she will be able to maintain on her own.
As your Coach, I will outline a healing plan suitable to you and your level of comfort. I will guide you through the 4-week process, and hold you accountable to your goals. We will track your progress as we go, and make any tweaks along the way to be sure you have the greatest support necessary.
After 4 Weeks you should feel confident enough to stay on this path alone, and continue to achieve your goals. If you feel after 4 weeks that you are not ready to be on your own, you can either take another 4 weeks of coaching, or you might want to consider the 12 Week Program.
So let me tell you about the 12 Week program is for women who feel that need a little more direction, discipline, encouragement and accountability to stay on track. If this sounds like you then this program is for you.
